Bridging Cultures’ Dinner

Bridging Cultures’ Annual Thanksgiving Dinner is this Saturday at 5 pm at Baker Prairie Middle School. I’ll have to miss it this year, but I’m glad that the tradition is still going strong.

It’s a nice bi-cultural event with both Mexican food and traditional American Turkey Day fare.

And the most fun part for me is the ice breaker game that they conduct at the beginning of the evening, which forces everyone to branch out and ask strangers interesting questions, such as “Are you a twin?” or “Is your work commute longer than 90 minutes one way?” Fun.
